MalWare Bytes- This utility will remove viruses as well as any spyware and adware that may be infecting your computer. MalWare Bytes can be downloaded from the software section of this web site. You will also need to download and install a utility called CCleaner, detailed instructions on how to run this utility can be found in the Maintenance section of this website. CCleaner can be downloaded from the software section of this web site.
This first thing you are going to want to do is to run CCleaner, once this is done you will need to install MalWare Bytes. You will need to double click on the file and then click run and then OK. Click Next and accept the licence agreement.Cick next 4 times and then click install. Click finish and then OK. The program will update. Once it is done updating you will need to click on full scan and then click the scan button. Note:Before clicking scan it would be best to disconnect your computer from the Internet, this way it will insure that your computer will not get re infected while MalWare Bytes is removing the infections. Once MalWare Bytes is done you will see how many infections it found, click show results and then remove selected results. You can now plug your computer back into the Internet and your computer should be fixed, you may need to restart your computer to finish the removal process, if this is the case you will be asked to do so.
